Fleet Air Arm, Part 3 - faa33-Chesapeake.jpg (1/1) [88K]
Vought Sikorski Chesapeake (SB2U Vindicator), one of about 50 diverted from a French order in 1940, being painted up ready for its first crew with 811 Squadron, 1941. Not a great success, the Cheesecake as it was known was replaced by the Swordfish!
