While surfing round airliners.net, i found a couple of pictures of the new
Piper Seneca V. Then i noted that all of them (the Senecas) have something like a glass screen on the pilot's side of the windshield on the outside. I've been puzzling about this for a while. can anyone tell me what is it? Triple Delta |

Much better than looking out the side window, or an open side vent
window! Hotplates are expensive. Something like $10k to replace. -Nathan On Fri, 16 Jan 2004 18:56:06 -0800, "BTIZ" wrote: been around for ages.. but it only clears that small portion... landing while looking through a port hole.. Is this the same type of "plate" that used to be on the Piper Aerostar?
