Default Secrets to the FAA certificate

I was at the jewelry store today and noticed that when they put my CA
DL under this machine, there were secret little bears printed on it. On
my CC there was a secret M and C on it. So I pulled out my FAA
certificate and put it under the light. It said something like "Safety
of Flight, FAA" and had a big logo in the middle. As hard as I try, I
can't see it w/o the magic light.

(of course we also know about the hidden speech on the back, written in
the black lines).
