I've had a number of recent questions regarding interoperability of CNvXC and Cambridge 302 w.r.t. 3rd party Nav solutions (WinPilot, Oudie, etc.).
The details may be found he http://clearnav.net/simplemachinesfo....msg699#msg699 best regards, Evan Ludeman for CNi |

Excellent! Thanks.
So, using my Dell Streak 5 and XCSoar I will still do everything exactly the same w.r.t. ballast, bugs, and MC. Since I don't fly in competition or for badges, using a USB stick will not be a hardship for me. In fact, it may even be easier since I won't have to wait for so long to download my flight to the Streak or my phone at 4800 baud. You made a mistake! You can configure XCSoar (Config.Devices.302.Edit.Bulk baud rate 57600), that it changes the 302 transmission speed -automatically- to 57600 baud when it transmits flight data.
Then the transmission works in the same speed like the original Cambridge utility program. |
