Texas XC Series
This weekend Texas Soaring clubs will hold our first Texas XC Series weekend event at the Soaring Club of Houston. The event is modeled after the very popular GTA and ASA events. We currently have 30 pilots registered for the season, with 19 planning to attend this weekend at SCOH. We will be hosting events at GHSA, SCOH, and TSA, with the weekends of Memorial day and Labor day currently showing 26 pilots attending.
I hope other clubs can generate the enthusiasm in these group weekend XC events - it's way FUN! If you would like to attend or would like more info on how to organize these events please send me an email - my contact info on SSA is current. Tony Smolder TS1
