I have one of the older rectangular box Dittels. They slide into a tray
which mounts to the panel. To secure the radio box to the tray, there's a screw which pivots a little aluminum tab into a locking position. My aluminum tab is stripped out. Where can I get a replacement? I guess I could just try and make one... Ken |

Or you might be able to fix it by drilling out the hole even larger, then either riveting in a chunk of aluminum and redrilling and tapping a new hole in the "rivet". Or perhaps you could Loctite the new "threaded insert into the tab. -- bumper - ZZ "Dare to be different . . . circle in sink." to reply, the last half is right to left --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
