This is mainly for US owners, but may apply to other countries that have
other maintenance requirements. Have you complied with AD 97-03-02 concerning taking measurements for control mass on all control surfaces? If you did: How long did it take, total time, accessing controls, taking weights, and finally repairing any gelcoat damaged during the weighing? Please describe how you actually did the weighing, i.e. what type of jigs did you have to make to take the weights? Can you provide, model, serial num. and the measurements that you obtained? I am trying to accumulate more information about this process and I will publish it on my Libelle website that should be back up in a week or two. Thanks, Fred Blair H301B Denton, TX |
