Schleicher website now also in English

Schleicher, very belatedly, now offers an English choice on their web
site! While a few links still go to German pages, it is a good step
forward for us non-German speakers.

Check out the TN/LTA (tech notes) section, and the maintenance notes a
the bottom. There were a couple things there I was not aware of, and
perhaps other Schleicher owners are in the same position.
