PIREP on Lumanair aviation, Aurora municipal (ARR)

Any Pireps on the Piper service center, Lumanair Aviation Services at
Aurora Municipal airport? I'm pursuing an Arrow in that area and
considering them for the pre-buy.

Any other A&P/shop recommendations welcome as well
