Although I asked the A&P to add a lifting point to my A-65 when it was
in the shop, he didn't do it, so I plan on adding one myself. Assume the bolts are long enough to take the added thickness of the lifting point. Action will involve removing two bolts and retorqing them. But it's not simply retorquing those two bolts. There is a sequence to tightening these bolts. I certainly don't plan on loosening any more than two bolts, so do I really need to tighten them in sequence? It doesn't seem practical. Thoughts? Comments? - Mike |

Loosening two bolts will not tweak the case. Just retorque them after
ya install the mount. Sequence is not important. If it makes ya feel better tighten them in opposite order you loosened them. |
