Here are photos of the place I told you about that is up for grabs.
http://www.theroopouch.com/house_airport.htm If I had 350K, I'd buy it in a pair of seconds. I wonder if there is any wisdom in re-doing the place into a timeshare arrangement. That heated garage would be one hell of a place to get away from it all while finishing up your homebuilt. Jim |

By the way, they offered me a 5% finder's fee without me asking for it. I'm
NOT in the real estate business; I'm only doing this because these folks were so very kind to me during my little difficulty last summer. I'll be glad to split that fee 2% for me, 3% for you with any of the folks in this NG that wind up buying it. Or we can donate the whole lump to the EAA's Young Eagles program if you wish. I ain't in this for the money. I sincerely like these folks. Jim |

You are missing one of the best features - INSANELY low taxes.
