There is a twin homebuilt out of Great Britain (?) - there was some talk about plans being available but I don't know how that shook out. The plane was featured in Kit Planes I believe, a number of years back. I also recall that it was aerobatic capable. - Carl - |

Is there any home built plans for a twin engine? Not a twin, but how about a "triple ?". William Wynne is putting 3 of his Corvair engines on an original design. A poorman's Ford Trimotor?. If you browse thru his website you will find some photos of the project. I have made a model of a twin I want to build ( 4 seats - looks really cool ) but I'm waiting for the right engines. The Jabiru 3300's would work but those things are so damn expensive. Neal |
