Almost Anything is possible.
But why haven't Hartzell or McCauley done it yet? Or Bell or Sikorsky for
that matter?

Sure it could be adapted, but after you removed your propeller and put it on
your balancing machine it wouldn't be dynamic balancing anymore. (Think on
car balancing)

The unit is a little clunky. Hard to tell how big the accelerometer
actually is in the photos. Appears someone would need to fabricate brackets
to set up on Lyc. and Cont. engines and the sensor cable doesn't look
durable. The manual doesn't give much explanation of weight method
correction.

However for only 1300 Euros its not a bad deal at all for simple prop
balancing.
Probably just as accurate as C&H or ACES or DSS.
