It's that time of year again, the Magalies Gliding Club hosts the 2005
Gauteng regionals at Orient Airfield. The Competition will take place in September from the 24th September to the 1st October 2005, This is an excellent opportunity to fly cross-country with the SA World Championship team pilot's and to glean some information from them as to how they do it. If we have the same response as last year we can expect between 25 and 35 competitors, which makes for a whole lot of exciting competition. John Attwell will direct the Competition, Dick Bradley (fresh from Husbands Bosworth) will be the weather wizard with scoring being done by Sean de Klerk assisted by John and Richard. See http://www.sssa.org.za for all the details, entry forms etc. |
