The first suborbital homebuilt flight was just under 100 years ago.
Dave 'apogee' Hyde Bzzzt. Several suborbital homebuilt flights were made in the decades preceeding the Kitty Hawk event. Of course they were unpowered, uncontrolled, or unmanned (or some combination thereof). Russell "is it accurate, or precise?" Kent |
