My only recommendation would be to get one that has a keypad. It is a real pain in the butt to have the radio tuned to one frequency, and want to get to another, at the other end of the range, if all you have is a up and down button to scroll to the new one. Also, my complaint about the Icom is that to program it after you have not messed with it for a while, you have to have the book, to get the procedure correct. -- Jim in NC |
