My guess is that it is the Glasflugel 202. According
to a Glasflugel History document I have, it says this of the 202: 'Wing and front part of the fuselage with canopy like Standard-Libelle but with a round tube for the rear and a T tail. One build at the year 1970 for Eugen Aeberli (HB-1062, before D-0649).' It is one if the one-offs that Glasflugel made when transitioning from the 201 to the Club Libelle and te Hornet. Which is good: otherwise I can't imagine a worse candidate for an add-on T-tail. The 201s, especially, were infamous for breaking in ground loops. I still remember seeing a 301 (Rudy Allemann's?) in the 1981 U.S. 15M Nats at Minden, NV with external longerons glassed to the rear fuselage.
