We just received our renewal for our towplane insurance which had a new
clause. They now require our pilot, who is 70 years old, to have a current, within one year, FAA physical when towing or flying our Scout. Do other insurance companies require this? Tom Dixon Idaho |

Tom, we have not seen that... it would be in the "open pilot" section?
Or is your pilot a "named pilot"... our insurance renews in May.. we'll see what happens.. Thanx BT wrote in message ups.com... Wow...I didn't think you could be a tow pilot and survive to be 70
years old! My congratulations to your "seasoned" tug-driver! Tell him not to feel bad...for some flight test activities, I've been told to scrap a 13 month old Class II medical to get a Class III...go figure. -Pete #309 Tow Pilot on "extended leave of absence." |

He is the "named pilot" with over 10,000 hours, CFII multi and
surviving OLD crop duster. Tom BTIZ wrote: Tom, we have not seen that... it would be in the "open pilot" section?
