I found some cool photos of a retired 747-200 used in the new Bond film

Does this thing fly? If so, how do they do it legally. Do they relinquish
the standard certificate of airworthiness and operate it experimentally? Do they have to get a FSDO (or the British equivalent) to approve the mods? If it is just a prop, why don't they just use CA?
