ATC possibly at fault: Followup to 737 and Legacy accident in Brazil
The newspaper Folha de S. Paulo is reporting that according to flight
recorder transcript aboard the Legacy, ATC had ordered that plane to the same altitude as the 737. Radio contact between the Legacy and ATC was subsequently lost.
