I've just bought and installed MS Flight SimX and am beginning to regret it.
It refuses to load, complaining that the MSXML component is missing and I should re-install FSX. OK, I thought, why didn't it just load it when it was installed? Nevertheless, I found MSXML SP2, installed that and guess what? Same message as before with the MSXML SP2 component missing. Analysing what has happened, I think that FSX doesn't like to, (or cannot), co-exist with MSXML - the error message is confusing and incorrect. Sadly, uninstalling MSXML hasn't so far helped. Has anyone else seen this and got a solution? Thanks in advance, Charles |

I can't help you as I am not about to waste my money on FSX. |
