Special Airworthiness Certifcates for Tow planes (US)
Hi,
Does anyone have any information or experience concerning the purchase of a tow plane (Pawnee) that has a Special Airworthyness Certificate? Is there anything that has to be done or be made aware of prior to purchase? Thanks for any advice. Bob
