Yes, they are, but with in-line engines, so, Herefords.

Your idea of ugly is very different from mine at times.

Anyway, besides not being ugly IMO, although unusual, this is a Heyford,
not a Hereford. That was a Hampden with Napier Dagger engines, and was
less than successful.
