Military hasn't given up hope on Scott Speicher

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- It's been 13 years since Scott Speicher's
jet was shot down over Iraq in the first Gulf War, but the military
isn't giving up hope of learning what happened to him.

Military search crews have returned to the site where the Navy pilot's
jet crashed.

Also, officials have been questioning captured Iraqi officials,
including Saddam Hussein, about his fate.

Navy officials say crews have checked more than 50 sites, including
hospitals, prisons and homes in the region.

Speicher's FA-18 Hornet was the first plane shot down over Iraq during
the war.
