I would like to find aviation headset jacks that have a 90* degree twist
between the cable antry to it and the male jack itself i.e. like the ones used in electric guitars. I will also need the regular female ones (both for earphone & microphone) so that I don't change the current headset cables but rather get a short cable extension made. The reason I look for them is that the surface where the female plugs are situated in the aircraft sometimes may be subjected to a load on top of it and this creates a problem with the standard headset jacks where the cable extends upwards. Any ideas of where to look for them or what to look for (I have no knowledge of electronics spare parts names, codes etc.) Thanks |
