Effects of G-forces
In the aerobatic movie at http://www.fulldeflection.com , Svetlana
Kapanina seems to hardly notice the g-forces. I guess sometimes its +9 and -4 or so, but I can only see her hair go up and down. I have watched this film many times (ahh Svetlana !). Maybe its due to the big seat belts. Superdoof.

If you watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IOWrkfXDjY and some of the other flyers you'll see serious Gs being pulled on their faces. I would not want to see her face distorted, though. Some people have it all -- brains, beauty, and competence.
