Speaking of Awards.....
Now the military is even giving Purple Hearts and Bronze
Stars to civilian contractors. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...2004May12.html Does anybody else think "privatization" is going a bit far? Bob McKellar

I believe during the Reagan Administration a Bill was sponsored granting the
