Where can I find the company code that a Colibri recorder puts into the IGC
file?

You mean in the IGC file or on the Web?

On the Web - where you find everything else about IGC flight
recorders

http://www.fai.org/gliding/gnss

In general look at either the Technical Specification document - which
has a table or the individual approval documents for the flight
recorder. Which of course everybody reads for their own flight
recorder. But in the Case of LX Navigation the three letter code is
LXN.

In the file you should see "LXN" in the A-record. First line hard to
miss.
