I'm using WINE 1.1.9 under Fedora 9. The uploader seems to run OK and can
see the logger when I boot it, but for some reason its not managing to

US Team Committee election - did we turn you down? by
[email protected]
Hi All
In a couple of reported instances, our on-line election system at
http://adamsfive.com/survey/surveys.php didn't allow bona fide SSA'ers
to vote in the US Team Committee election, which runs through the end
of the month. Sorry about that. We'd like as big a voter turnout for
this as...

Jantar 3 Axle Diameter? by
sisu1a
Anyone here know the diameter of a Jantar Std3 axle? (or SZD-59 axle,
or any other Polish ship that happens to use the same axle...)
My ships' far away and I'm scheming right now, lacking numbers. The
manuals etc speak not of it. Thx.

Homemade US Sectional Charts for SeeYou by
2KA
As many of you have noticed, the US Sectional charts distributed with
SeeYou are getting pretty seriously stale. Kind of like last week's
sushi. Current charts can be downloaded directly from the FAA (they
currently cost $1.60 each), but they have to be reprojected and
cropped before they can be...

302 security fail by
Alan Garside
Question, it seems you don't know before a flight if you will get a
security fail on downloading the flight. If after a flight you do get a
security fail but the seal is good would it invalidate a badge flight.

SPOT Possibilities by
Tim Taylor
Now that my SPOT unit has arrived and I got to fly with it yesterday,
I have some thoughts.
1. Do we have any good contacts with the company? I think some
modifications could be very useful for the soaring community. The
recent Australian Gran Prix was nice, but track every 2 to 3 minutes
would...
