high-speed camera view of a piston intake, combustion, exhaust by
R.Hubbell
Interesting high-speed camera view of a piston
intake, combustion, exhaust:
http://www.photron.com/video/12.wmv
It's interesting to me that the air/fuel mix looks really
sparse and not evenly distributed. On that site there's
a shot of a diesel stroke and it looks very symmetrical

RON in Canada by
Dale
In early March I'm taking a 206 from Anchorage to Arizona. I'm planning
a RON stop in Prince George or MacKenzie. Prince George is a fair sized
city and I'm sure will have motels. Does anyone have any info on
MacKenzie?
Sure wish AirNav worked for Canada! G

Effect on aeroplane of sudden depressurisation by
Guy Lux
Often in films, when a plane flying at high altitude has its window
shot out, it seems to experience major turbulence and/or seem to dive
before it is stabilised.
I can't understand why a load of air rushing out of the pressurised
cabin would do this in *real* situations, does it actually...

The runway is supposed to comply with ICAO code 3C specs. Aircraft like
Fokker F27 Series, Fokker F28, BAe.146 Series, Dash 8 and Dornier 288s could
be operated.
The primary purpose of the airport is for domestic passenger...
