The difference with the Skymap IIIC is that it is much bigger than
most GPSs. Its a big hunk of GPS. The screen is much bigger than a 295. I'm almost sad to be getting rid of mine, but now that Garmin has finally caught up in the terrain game, I'm going to jump ship. You have to do, what you have to do. As I am getting older and my eyes weaker I prefer the big screen.
