Howver, it is a fixed point at a fixed altitude and at a fixed position relative to objects on the ground. The real question here is, does the NACO chart take into consideration the relative motion of the earth along it's axis when calculating ground speed? And if so, do the times change based on the season? Don't forget continental drift. |
