Trimble TL1000 GPS Questions

Even Southeast Avionics website has very little information about the Trimble product line and they usually are an excellent reference point. Does anyone still use this GPS It's a decent VFR GPS. We had one in a club Arrow until recently when we put in a Garmin stack. I have a manual PDF, probably downloaded from Free Flight Systems. and are current databases still available? We updated ours from Jeppesen maybe 8 months ago. Be careful, there is an IFR version that is different and takes a different database.
