302 defaults to 4800baud on every power up. *HP 310 cannot operate at
4800baud. *To make 302 communicate with 310 you will have to set it to
a higher baud rate every time you power it or use an intermediate mux.

Making the 2 play together was a winter project I abandoned as I was
expecting to have PowerFLARM by now.

right now the panel is set up with a 310 and it is hooked up to a
Garmin puck GPS unit. I have a Tasman and an Ilec SB-8.

since I sold my Apis I have some cash to "upgrade" the
panel.........of course I've never flown with it, and it probably
would be just fine, but the idea of upgrading to some modern
instrumentation is appealing.
