VEXATIOUS PROSECUTION OF FLYING VET (who WON)

ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY times, the Flying Vet was prosecuted on trumped-
up charges and won.

Now he has been in prison for EIGHT MONTHS on charges of owning and
selling a weapon.

On the 9th February, a jury delivered the verdict that he was NOT
GUILTY.

He was acquitted because, for example, the FILM PROP that looked like
a gun did not have a trigger.

So it could NOT fire two or more projectiles upon a single squeeze of
the trigger. There was NO TRIGGER.

The barrel - a piece of metal drainpipe - was BLOCKED. You can see it
on his website. Salient is the fact that it came from a film company.
It was just ornamental ironmongery - a FILM PROP.

However, British journalists do not allow truth to interfere with a
good story. So we have the tale that it was a "deadly machine gun", a
"working Lewis machine-gun", a "banned weapon"........

"believes" that the Devil is god, that truth is lies, that logic is

One such slave is an undercover policeman codenamed "Foxy".

In the Welsh Messenger and Times, it says "Foxy asked if the gun had
been deactivated, but Kirk allegedly said: 'No, this one works.' " You
can take it that Maurice Kirk would NOT say that, because it was
central to his case that it was just ornamental ironmongery.

After his release, Maurice Kirk went to the Caswell Clinic to obtain
his files under the Freedom of Information Act. He will have been his
usual polite self. However, they will have seized the opportunity to
claim - MENDACIOUSLY - that he made a scene.

He was arrested and is currently on police bail to appear at bridgend
magistrates court on the 24th Feb. to face charges of trespass and
obstruction!

The case has a knock-on effect. Nadia Feldmeier was in court, and
recorded the names of the jurors - as is her right. She then published
them - which is also legally allowed. She also was arrested on trumped-
up charges:

She is in prison, and her mother was denied access to her.

As with Maurice Kirk, the (unschooled) "lawyers" believe they can hold
Nadia Feldmeier indefinitely.

BECAUSE it is wrong (logic is backwards), the "lawyers" denied Maurice
Kirk the right to appear in open court. Instead, he was obliged to
appear on a closed-circuit video link, which was switched off the
moment he tried to speak. It was only after eight months that he won
the right to appear before a jury, who wisely acquitted him.

Telling lies is known as "MAKING A CASE".

They do not HAVE a case. The "lawyers" MAKE a case. They use their
"authority" to force people to believe the lies that are the building-
blocks of the case they have made.

They run the country.

The French man that Maurice Kirk quotes was in fact Voltai

CORRECTION.

In the video (just BEFORE the "weapon" case), Maurice Kirk states that
he had won ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONE cases. My information must have
been out of date. I stated one hundred and twenty.

That makes the "weapon" case 122, and the new "obstruction" case (when
he went back to get his medical records) 123.
