Airparks in Upstate South Carolina

Anyone reading this group from the Clemson/Central/Liberty SC area?
My wife and I are planning on moving there in two years and would be
very interested in hearing about any new proposed airpark
developments, or any private strips that may came up for sale.

I know about Oakhill and Parker, but they are a bit farther from
Central than we would like to be.
