Yesterday I upgraded my Oudie to v6.11 and my V7 to v4.97 The Oudie is connected to the V7, and the V7 is connected to the flarm brick. I tried to access log files on the flarm via SeeYou's ConnectMe on the Oudie, but it failed as usual. It always recognizes the flarm device and is able to read the serial number, version, etc, but never able to download files.
Am I doing something wrong? (no, I don't remember which version of flarm firmware I am running, but it was upgraded last year) Matt H. |

I have the same behavior with my Oudie 6.1 and the Flarm 5.09 connected via a MUX from K6-Team. In flight modus, everything is fine in SeeYou, but ConnectMe identifies the Flarm, lets me have the flight list and subsequently hangs up.
Delogging the Flarm via SeeYou on a PC is fine, though. I somehow suspect the Flarm data cable to be crappy or wrongly routed. I had a very similar problem with the CAI302: The original cable which came with the Oudie is quite long, so I wrapped it up and fixed it with cable tiers.. Same symptoms as above (SeeYou Mobile working fine, ConnectMe identifying the CAI, but no downloads). When I straightened out the cable, everything was fine... |

Hi Matt,
PowerFLARM products do not support the download of flight logs through the serial port. They never have and they probably never will. Using a USB flash drive is much faster and (in my opinion) easier. Best Regards, Paul Remde Cumulus Soaring, Inc. __________________________ "Matt Herron Jr." wrote in message ...
