Sounds like its time to move his video collection to a separate server
with separate bandwidth limits.. so his main business doesnt get taken down.

Don't know what his budget is, I did ask and he doesn't want
to charge for the videos. A high bandwidth server cost
money.

I don't get spam from Boortz, the only thing he might have
is Fair Tax, a replacement tax system. Do away with income
and most other taxes.
