Pls refresh, flying clubs at FRG, ISP, HWV, HPN?

Please pardon the repeat question and the cross posting.

I'm looking to join a flying club, or find a flying buddy, for flights
out of FRG, ISP, HWV or HPN. I can't seem to find a good source. I've
fumbled around the internet and come up with: WFC-HPN (HPN), Nassua
Flyers (FRG), FEFC (FRG) and also Paramus (CDW), Skywagon (MMU).

I'm a member of the Morris Aero Club at Morristown, and I recommend it
highly. We've got space available for a new member. I posted the text
below to these newgroups back in October. Let me know if you want
additional information.

The Morris Aero Club, established in 1966, currently has a limited
number of memberships available. Based at Morristown, NJ (KMMU), the
club has a Cessna 172M Skyhawk and a Cessna 177B Cardinal available for

members use. Both aircraft are equipped for IFR flight.

Membership requires a one-time payment of $1000 to cover the initiation

fee and an equity stake in the aircraft. Monthly dues are $60, and
flying time (wet) is currently $82/hour for the Skyhawk, and $90/hour
for the Cardinal. Flying time rates are based on tachometer time, not
Hobbs time. Tach time typically gives 20%-30% more flying time for the
dollar.

I'm a member of (and instructor and safety officer for) the Westchester
Flying Club (www.wfc-hpn.org). To the best of my knowledge, we're the only
flying club based at HPN. I'd be happy to answer any questions.

Monthly meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month (i.e. tomorrow). See

is interested is welcome to just show up and introduce themselves.

I'm a member of the Paramus Flying Club. Needless to say, I recommend it.
We've two aircraft at KCDW and two at KLDJ. We fly 172s and 182s (one of
which is a retractable).

Our meetings are open to the public. They're the first Thursday of every
month at the NJ Aviation Hall of Fame (at Teterboro Airport). You can
contact me, or write to , if you've any further
questions.

We also have monthly breakfast flights (on the Sunday after the general
meeting).

All club operations, from coordinating maintenance to planning/tracking
our budget to keeping the aircraft supplied with spare batteries is done
by members volunteering their time. This is a terrific opportunity to get
involved in aviation in a new and exciting way. I was involved in our
latest engine overhaul, for example. There was a lot to learn, and others
involved who were there to help me learn it.

When I originally joined, I envisioned this as training for ownership.
And I still might go that route. Certainly, one of the most common ways
to "graduate" from the club is to buy a plane. And we've a very active
community of alumni, who are now owners, to demonstrate this.

But I've come to realize that having access to a fleet, rather than a
single airplane, has advantages too.
