Ingredients for a wing wheel needed by [email protected]
I am planning on building my own wing wheel to tow out to the runway. I have an old mountain bike with a front wheel I can use(rather small). Other than that, I would need all the parts to make it. Anybody have a list of parts they can recommend? Thanks in advance! Scott

Initial review PowerFlarm by kd6veb
Hi Gang I recently purchased a portable PowerFlarm from Rex. It came with the old software and I downloaded the 1.2 firmware onto the micro SD card (supplied) and installed it so that the PCAS function would work. I then added the security code for my Mode S transponder which requires you to go...

Innocent Guantanamo detainees speak out on abuse, murder. by tw

InReach - does it matter which model I get by [email protected]
DeLorme AG-009871-201 inReach SE is about 100 bucks cheaper than DeLorme AG-008727-201 InReach Explorer Two Way Satellite Communicator with Built in Navigation I really don't need the navigation - I do want it to supply hight and speed. Does it matter which I buy? WH1

InReach Aviation Plan by Ramy[_2_]

I am not sure why. Also it seem that the aviation plan monthly rates offered by phone are almost...

Inreach best way to mount? by joesimmers[_2_]
Just got an inreach and trying to figure out a decent way to mount it on my parachute strap. Always had my spot duct taped to a safe area on my parachute harness but that will not work with the inreach. I prefer to have inreach and plb both connected to the parachute, but am not completely...

inReach Explorer vs SE vs SPOT and tracking interval? by [email protected]
I have been using SPOT for a number of years, and have found it spotty, frequently missing large gaps. Considering going to inReach, and wondering the merits of Explorer vs SE, and what tracking intervals people are using with the newer devices. Also, wondering about the number of missed hits...

inReach message latency by RR
I just "upgraded" from spot to inReach mostly for the ability to compose and address a message in the field (perhaps literally). When using it while fishing in the everglades, I found that texts never made it, and emails could be delayed by hours. The device would confirm that a message was sent...

My inreach has been working for the past year just fine displaying my trace onto glideport.aero. I noticed about a month ago my traces are no longer showing up on there. I know my inreach is sending out tracks I can logon to the website and see them on the map. Any idea what could have caused...
