Glider zoom meeting background by soaringjac
Want to be inside the cockpit flying when on a zoom call? You can use this background of my Astir (I know). You can always make your own for your glider. Makes it look like you are in the cockpit flying during the video conference call....

Electronic TE compensation, will this work? by soaringjac
I am working through and investigating a leaking TE line in my ship. Leak tested the TE line and it seem to be wide open. Still have some more testing to do but as of now my feeling is the leak is in the fin and completely inaccessible. I think its leaking at the back of the TE port in the fin. I...

Astir CS TE line access by soaringjac
Anyone have any experience with accessing the TE/Pitot line connections in the fin of an Astir CS? Is there anyway to peek at the TE/Pitot lines where the plug into the ports at the back of the tube/ports in the fin? I want to see if the TE line is still attached to the back of the TE prob but...

I double checked the exact same point in Google earth and the difference is about 1000'. This isn't the case for all custom waypoints I made, but it...

Interior paint by soaringjac
I am looking to freshen up the interior of an old Grob 102. Mainly just want to put a new coat of paint on the interior walls of the cockpit. Any recommendations for paint I should be using? I prefer to brush it on rather than spray. I saw some enamel paint at Lowes but it says "oil-based" on it. I...

TE probes? by soaringjac
Might be a dumb question, but can you just purchase any old TE prob and throw it in your glider or does it have to be calibrated to your specific glider?

Upgrading glider interior by soaringjc
I have seen pictures of some very nice interiors on older ships. Where does one purchase new seat pads, interior fabrics, new panel faces, and all that kind of stuff. Mainly looking for upgrades for a Grob 102. How are most people upgrading or refreshing their interiors?

GPS receiver for LNAV by soaringtheskies
I have a Cambridge LNAV and I want to replace my LX400, which is currently being used purely as a GPS receiver, with something else to provide a GPS feed to the LNAV, preferably without taking up a space on my instrument panel. Any suggestions?
