I'll be working in Paris in a couple of weeks and I've got a weekend
day off. I was thinking of finding a local flying club that has some sort of day membership so I can join & take a flight with an instructor. I've done this in other parts of the world and it has been a great way to see the local scenery. Does anyone have any recommendations for clubs that are near Paris. Preferrably somewhere I can get to by taxi or train, since I won't have a car. Thanks, Eric Bartsch 1959 Pilatus P-3 A-848 http://www.hometown.aol.com/bartscher/P3A848.html |

![]() Have you got a spare hour or two, for a little physical labor? How are your de-construction skills? GGG -- Jim in NC So bad, but funny... I'm actually thinking of practicing my cubist approaches and my post-modern holding patterns while flying past the Louvre. I've found one club with an English language website (good sign since I don't speak French). If anyone has experience with the Aero Club Paris Sud, I'd be interested in hearing about it: http://www.acpsud.org/en/html/avions.html Thanks, Eric Bartsch 1959 Pilatus P-3 A-848 http://www.hometown.aol.com/bartscher/P3A848.html |

The prices dont look too bad either. I dont know whether you noticed the French equivilent of the recreational licence which is available from the age of 15. http://www.acpsud.org/en/html/formations.html |
